We would like to inform you that Moxa is going to update the firmware of the ioLogik 2500 Series to
V4.1 because of compatibility issues.
These changes will be implemented on December 15, 2023.
Please review the details below to determine how these changes will affect your products and/or operations.
What will change?
Moxa will update firmware version v4.1 for the ioLogik 2500 Series to fix the compatibility issue.
Note:
Please contact Moxa Technical Support team to help you upgrade to firmware version v4.1.
Do not do the upgrade by yourself.
Which products will be affected?
The affected range includes ioLogik 2500 Series V3.0.0 devices shipped before October 1, 2023, as listed below.
